1. Data controller

2. What we process

• Your name, email address and telephone number when you request a quote or contact us.
• Your company name and VAT number for a business enquiry.
• Your billing and delivery address when you place an order.
• The content of your message and any files you send us, such as logos or designs.

3. Why we use it

We use your data solely to answer your enquiry, fulfil your order, invoice you and meet our statutory accounting obligations. The legal bases are performance of the contract, your consent in the case of a non-binding enquiry, and our legal obligations.

4. No selling, no unsolicited marketing

We never sell or rent your data to third parties. We do not send newsletters or marketing without your explicit consent, and you can withdraw any consent at any time.

5. Who else sees your data

Your data is shared only with parties needed to complete your order: our accountant, our hosting provider and the carrier delivering your parcel. These parties process your data solely on our instructions and are contractually bound to confidentiality.

6. How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to an order are kept for a maximum of two years. Data relating to an order and invoicing is kept for seven years, as Belgian accounting law requires. Design files are kept for as long as they remain useful for a repeat order, unless you ask us to delete them.

7. Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and does no analytical profiling. Only the technical data needed to display the site is processed. Fonts are loaded via Google Fonts, which means your IP address is passed to Google.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict processing, to object, and to receive your data in a readable format. Write to info@nickigifts.com and we will respond within thirty days.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be.

10. Changes

We may update this privacy policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
