How a business order works

Your logo

Send your logo as a vector file if possible (.svg, .ai, .eps or .pdf). A sharp PNG works too — we’ll tell you whether it’s usable.

Proposal

You get a price per piece with volume pricing and a clear lead time.

Sample

For larger runs we make one piece first. Only after your approval does the rest go into production.

Delivery

Collection in Diksmuide or delivery. Invoiced with VAT; payment on invoice can be discussed.

Lead times

Allow 1 to 2 weeks for small runs and 3 to 4 weeks for larger orders or pieces with a new design. In October, November and December this goes up — so order end-of-year gifts in good time.
