No production line
At the big players a personalised gift is a name dropped automatically into an existing template. No human being is involved until the moment it gets wrapped.
We work the other way round. First a conversation, then a design, and only then a machine. Every gift gets time and attention, so that it becomes a REAL gift — one with a story.
That is not a marketing line. It is why we deliberately stay small, and why we sometimes say no to a job that does not fit.
Four promises
Everything in-house
From design to finishing, it all happens on the Werkenstraat in Diksmuide. We outsource nothing and resell nothing we did not make ourselves.
The right technique, not the easiest one
Because we have four techniques in-house, we can advise honestly. Sometimes engraving beats printing, and then we say so.
You see it first
Nothing is cut or engraved until you have approved the design. Changes at that stage cost you nothing.
Checked piece by piece
Every gift passes through our hands before it is wrapped. What we would not give ourselves, we do not send.
How a piece comes about
A five-layer welcome sign takes us half a day. That is exactly why it looks different from what you find online.
The conversation
Who is it for, and what should it say? We keep asking until we know the story behind the gift.
The design
We draw it up and send you a proposal. Change as much as you need — that is part of it.
Cutting & engraving
Every layer is cut separately from wood or acrylic. Engravings are set deep enough to last a lifetime.
Painting & assembly
Layer by layer, painted by hand, dried and mounted together. This is where most of the time goes.
Finishing & checking
Sanding, inspecting, fitting the hanging system and wrapping it properly. Only then may it leave.

We are a gift workshop in Diksmuide, in the middle of West Flanders. Customers from Veurne, Ieper, Kortemark, Nieuwpoort, Ostend and the wider region collect their orders here. We ship throughout Belgium and the Netherlands. There is no walk-in shop — you are always welcome to visit the workshop, but by appointment only.
