Lead times, files, materials and shipping. Not finding your question? Call or email us any time.
For pieces from our collection, allow 1 to 2 weeks. For entirely new bespoke work or larger runs, 3 to 4 weeks. In October, November and December this stretches further, so order end-of-year and Christmas gifts in good time.
Yes. There is no minimum quantity for private customers — a single gift is a real order. For businesses we also work from small quantities, with volume discounts as the run grows.
Yes, you can collect at our workshop at Werkenstraat 13 in Diksmuide. Always by appointment, as we do not have a walk-in shop.
You receive an invoice with payment details. For bespoke work we usually ask for a deposit, because a personalised piece cannot be resold. For businesses, payment on invoice can be arranged.
For engraving and cutting we prefer a vector file: .svg, .ai, .eps, .pdf or .dxf. For DTF and UV printing an image of at least 300 dpi at actual size is enough, ideally a .png with a transparent background.
Yes, we do this for most customers. Send a photo, a sketch or simply a description of what you have in mind. We will draw it up and you will see the proposal before anything is made.
Always. Nothing goes into the laser until you have approved the design. Changes at that stage cost you nothing.
Your own logo is never a problem. For protected brands, films or characters we only make one-off pieces for personal use and do not sell runs.
It depends on the material. We engrave wood, glass, leather and coated metal. We print textile with DTF. Plastic, glass and curved objects we do with UV printing. Our Techniques page has a table for each material.
Often, yes. Send us a photo with the dimensions and we will tell you honestly whether it will work. For items you supply yourself we agree in advance what happens if something goes wrong.
Our door hangers and welcome signs are made for a sheltered spot: under a canopy, in a porch or indoors. Driving rain and frost are not advisable, as with any painted wooden piece.
Yes. Engraving burns the material away rather than printing on it, so it cannot peel off or wear away.
Yes. The larger the run, the lower the price per piece. The discount tiers are always set out in your quote.
For larger runs we make a single example first. The rest only goes into production once you have approved it.
Ideally in October. From November the workshop fills up and lead times get longer.
Yes, we ship throughout Belgium and the Netherlands. Shipping costs are always listed separately in your quote.
For bespoke pieces the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, because they are made specifically for you. That is exactly why we always have you approve the design first. If something arrives damaged or is not as agreed, let us know within seven days and we will sort it out.
Call, email or send the form. We usually reply within two working days — including to questions that are still completely open-ended.
